Our entrance is located in the REAR (alley street). Between Lenox and Sumner Ave.

Deposits are required to book a service, and they are non-refundable. A deposit of 20% of your service cost is required, with the remaining amount applied to your total.

Please, no extra guests. We are a child-free salon; only children being serviced are allowed.

You may use your deposit to reschedule one appointment. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. No-shows and same-day cancellations will incur a fee to schedule a new appointment.

There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, you may be charged a $1 per-minute late fee. If your appointment conflicts with another schedule, it may be rescheduled.

Remaining balance payments are accepted through cash or Zelle only. Please note, a $2 technology fee is applied to all appointments.
