Below are the policies of Shear Elegance Salon. You must read these policies before booking your appointment. By continuing to book an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.

Sunday: Closed
Monday: Emergency appointments only
Tuesday-Wednesday 10 am - 6 pm
Thursday-Friday 10 am-7 pm
Saturday 9 am-3 pm

No confirmation email= no appointment

Non-Refundable Deposits
$20 are taken off of your total A $22 deposit is required for all services.
No Refunds
Shear Elegance Salon does not give refunds, We are sure that we will be able to accommodate all services and concerns
Extra Guests
Unfortunetly, you or your guests will be asked to leave. We are a CHILD-FREE salon. Please no extra guests that arent being serviced.
Cancellations
If needed, please cancel prior to 48 hours of your appointment time.
Late cancellation= 50% card charge
Same-day cancellation 100%
No show/no call = 100% card charge
Late Arrival
It is important to keep a good flow within the salon, After 15 minutes there will be a $15 fee. After 30 minutes there will be a $30 minute fee.
Card Charges
We prefer cash payments. Card charges are $2 for charges $200 under, +$2 for each $100 spent after $200

This service is for one deposit color only. No bleach. For up to 2 inches of new growth
